While the Planks are designed for outdoor use, they're not designed to be left outside. To get the best from your plank, please take inside at the end of each day.

Built in accordance with New Zealand Standards Playground Equipment and Surfacing - NZS5828:2004.

All Starex furniture leaves our factory fully assembled. Unlike other furniture companies we do not flat pack our furniture and by doing so produce a superior product. We use only the best transport companies to transport your furniture to you. All furniture is blanketed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will advise of an approximate delivery date when we confirm your order. Once the goods leave our factory delivery can take 1-4 days for North Island customers and 1-7 days for South Island customers. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. 

Delivery charges are calculated upon checkout and you will see the full charge before completing your purchase. Please note surcharges may apply for deliveries to some rural and remote areas. We will be in touch upon receipt of your order and will advise should there be any surcharges applied to your order.
 

We accept all payments via credit card through our secure webstore. Credit Card payments will incur a surcharge of 5% to cover merchant services charges.

We also offer the option of allowing customers to 'pay by invoice'. Payment terms are 14 days from dispatch of your order unless prior arrangements have been made. Please keep in mind in some cases your invoice may arrive prior to your order. Starex reserves the right to change its payment terms at any time.
